The one-to-one peer advice and support service is available Monday to Friday during office hours. We can provide general information on sexual health and other matters, or direct you to services if you need to see someone urgently. Or we can just be there if you want to talk something through.
Our advisers are experienced in working with gay men on a range of issues and we can even arrange a face-to-face appointment if you don't want to see a counsellor or a doctor.
We aim to ensure that it costs you as little as possible to access the service, so we have an 0800 number which is free from landlines and a mobile number that may be free if you have a free minutes package with your provider. You can also text us on the mobile number. We have a voice mail service if you are calling out of office hours and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

For men with HIV, one of our workers is available once a week at River House in Hammersmith and Hillingdon AIDS Response Trust (HART) in Uxbridge. If you want to arrange to see him there, contact us for details or contact the centres directly:
