Responsible for managing the project and leading the implementation of local health strategies in relation to gay and bisexual men. Karen is also one third of the pan-London Gay Men's Interactions (GMI) Partnership steering group.

Karen has worked in the field of HIV for the last 13 years.

She came to Hounslow from the HIV voluntary sector (National AIDS Trust and the International Community of Women Living with HIV).
